Vice President, Information Technology

Tim Davis is Vice President, Information Technology.

Tim is responsible for innovating and advancing Farmers of Salem’s infrastructure, applications and data architecture. He joined Farmers of Salem in 2014 as the Director of Information Systems, bringing over 20 years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of IT functions. In 2017, he was promoted to his current position.

Before joining Farmers, Tim led IT operations for the Northeast Region at Arthur J.Gallagher & Co., a global risk management company. He also served as the Director of IT for The McIntyre Group, a regional insurance brokerage firm. Additionally, Tim owned an IT consulting firm where he provided support, data management, and training to over 30 client companies.

Tim began his career in the financial services field as a stockbroker and financial advisor at Paine Webber.

Tim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University.
